How this is counted
Every figure on this page is computed from the published charts, not typed by hand: each pattern's stitch grid is counted colour by colour, and skeins use the same estimate our paid PDFs print (about 1,700–1,800 full stitches per 8 m skein on 14-count with two strands). Add a chart to the library and these numbers move — nothing here is a screenshot.
Read it for what it is
The set is our free library — small charts, friendly motifs, modest palettes. It tells you which threads these charts need, not which colours dominate all cross stitch. A big coverage piece skews far heavier on neutrals and skin tones; treat this as a starter-kit answer, not a census.
