Patterns and thread colors

Patterns are generated automatically. Thread colors are matched to the closest DMC shade, but screens and dye lots vary, so check colors in daylight before you buy floss. DMC is a trademark of DMC; we are not affiliated with DMC.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos you upload. You keep all rights to them and to the patterns made from them for personal use; you allow us to process them only to deliver your files.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, email hello@crossstitchpatterngenerator.com within 14 days of paying and we will refund it in full, whatever the reason. A refunded file can no longer be downloaded. This does not affect any legal rights you have as a consumer. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops future charges. The 14-day refund applies to your first payment.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or upload images you don't have the right to use, such as copyrighted characters for resale.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including the cost of materials.
