Are these patterns really free?
Yes. Each page shows the full symbol chart and the DMC thread key, and the print button gives you a clean copy. No account, no email. The library exists so you can try a chart from us before deciding whether a custom one from your own photo is worth $5.99.
What do I need to stitch one?
A scrap of 14-count Aida, an embroidery needle, a small hoop and the DMC skeins listed in the key — most of these motifs use one skein per color. On 14-count fabric the largest design finishes under two inches square.
Can I sell something I stitch from these?
You can sell the finished stitched piece you made with your own hands. What you can't do is redistribute the chart itself — sell the pattern, post the file, or pass it off as your own design. See the terms page for the wording.
Can I get a pattern from my own photo instead?
Yes — that is what the generator does. Upload a photo, preview the chart free, and pay only if you want the printable PDF with the full symbol chart, DMC key and skein counts.
